• Monthly Stays

  We offer a monthly discount for long term stays. To receive the monthly rate for the full duration of your stay, reservation must start and end on the same day of the month, i.e. 5/1/24 - 8/1/24 or 5/15/24 - 8/15/24.

• Weekly Rate

  Weekly stays are eligible for a discounted rate of $200/week. Must book in intervals of 7 nights. Some restrictions may apply, no promo code necessary.
