  Stay with us with us for a whole month with a water view! Rates are $600/month for full time occupancy including utilities. The total utilities are limited to $100 per month. Additional usage will be billed at the end of the month. This option is available for 3 months only. Please call the office at 409-579-3520 for reservations longer than 1 month.

  Monthly Rates available for full time occupancy! This option is limited to 3 months only. Rates are $500/month including utilities. Utilities are limited to $100 per month. Additional usage will be billed at the end of the month. Please call the office at 409-579-3520 for reservations longer than 1 month.

• Weekends Only Special Water View

  Spots reserved for the month but only occupied during the weekends (or 8 days of the month) receive a discount! This option requires a 6-month minimum lease. Use Promo Code: WEEKENDSONLYWATER at check out to receive a discounted rate of $300. Any additional days at the park over 8 will incur a $15 per day fee.
