We had fun during our stay! The bath houses were not the cleanest. There was mold growing in the ceiling of them and one of them smelled like sewer. There was no toilet paper in the bathrooms as well. This was our second time there (we stayed when it was Carolina Pines). There were neat vendors there during the holiday weekend. The fairy hair was not the best but that has nothing to do with the SunOutdoors. We did enjoy our stay.

Our spot was great, and very well maintained. The Waterpark and other attractions were lots of fun for our family. Unfortunately the bathrooms were not as clean as I had hoped. Over the course of 3 days the bathroom has the same toothpaste in the sink, and hair on the floor. The womens bathroom has no working water in the sink, and multiple stalls in the bathroom and shower rooms had no toilet paper.

    Dear Annual Guests, We want to thank you for choosing to stay with us and for being a valued part of our community. In an effort to ensure fairness and consistency across all accounts, we will be strictly enforcing our rent payment policy moving forward. Effective immediately, the following terms will apply: *Rent is due on the 1st of each month. *A $50 late fee will be applied if rent is not paid by the 5th. *An additional $10 per day will be charged for each day the balance remains unpaid after the 5th. *Courtesy calls from our agents regarding late payments will no longer be made. *Guests with unpaid balances after the 5th will not be permitted on property until the account is brought current. *After two late payments, annual reservations are subject to termination. To avoid any issues or fees, we strongly encourage all long-term guests to place a valid credit or debit card on file and enroll in auto-draft payments to ensure payment is processed automatically on the 1st of each month.
