The resort is great, we rented a cottage for 3 weeks. The cottage needs some TLC. Visible rust in the bathroom on the door hinges, alot of paint chipping in most areas of the cottage. The TV remote was chewed by someones dog and it was taped back together, it did work. The pans provided for cooking were not able to be used, they were scratched and worn out so everything stuck and you would be eating teflon! I did ask for a new frying pan and housekeeping delivered it right away. The floors were dirty, we had to go purchase our own swiffer to clean the floors. Thr outside grill cover was literally falling apart and crumbling. The blanket for the bed had a large hole in it and was very worn, luckly I brought my own!

    Dear Annual Guests, We want to thank you for choosing to stay with us and for being a valued part of our community. In an effort to ensure fairness and consistency across all accounts, we will be strictly enforcing our rent payment policy moving forward. Effective immediately, the following terms will apply: *Rent is due on the 1st of each month. *A $50 late fee will be applied if rent is not paid by the 5th. *An additional $10 per day will be charged for each day the balance remains unpaid after the 5th. *Courtesy calls from our agents regarding late payments will no longer be made. *Guests with unpaid balances after the 5th will not be permitted on property until the account is brought current. *After two late payments, annual reservations are subject to termination.
