Cancellation Policy

DEPOSITS

1-7 Days      1 night/plus tax

1-2 weeks    $100/plus tax

2-4 weeks    $200/plus tax

1 month +    $300/plus tax

CANCELLATIONS

1.      30+ days before arrival:

• $50 charge (Rest of Deposit will be refunded)

2.      15 - 30 days before arrival:

• a.       Charge = to One night Deposit or $100 charge, whichever is less

3.      0 - 14 days before arrival:

• a.       NO REFUND of deposit
